This past weekend, Jim, my parents, Jim’s mother and I all got together to discuss the bridal shower. Both “future mom” Paulette and my parents have graciously offered to throw me a shower.
Fortunately, Jim has offered to accompany me to the shower, since he is more comfortable being the center of attention than I am. They’re looking at Sunday afternoon dates around, but not including, Labor Day weekend. Some venue options that were discussed were the Bartlett Park District as well as Pilot Pete’s restaurant in Schaumburg. Thank you to Paulette and my parents for planning and hosting this party for me!
